Rise like a Phoenix from the ashes.

NOTICE:- An Important Update On My Practice

For years as a therapist, I have had the privilege of helping individuals heal from PTSD, C-PTSD, narcissistic abuse, relational trauma, and domestic violence, alongside supporting clients through high-conflict divorce.

Now, I am preparing to fight for survivors in a powerful new way. I am stepping away from my clinical practice to train as a High-Conflict Family Lawyer through CILEX.

The legal system desperately needs professionals who truly understand trauma and coercive control, and I am determined to bridge that gap. Because this rigorous training requires my full focus, my practice is closed and I will not be taking on any new clients for therapy sessions.

Thank you for your incredible support throughout this chapter. Please see below for my core therapeutic philosophies and specialisms.

Professional Note for Legal Employers & Firms

As a future high-conflict family lawyer, the specialist clinical credentials detailed throughout this site serve as my foundation for managing complex litigation.

As an ACCPH Fellow and Registered Supervisor, clinical hypnotherapist, and RTT practitioner with an extensive academic background in psychology and social sciences, I possess rare, deep insights into human behaviour.

Furthermore, being awarded the 2023 GHP UK Best Emotional & Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Therapist (GHP Mental Health Awards) alongside my specialized training with leading separation expert Sara Davison, and training in Coercive Control and non – physical abuse with Women’s Aid, proves my expertise in managing the exact dynamics involved in high-conflict family law disputes.

I bring advanced risk management and strategic psychological insight to a family law team that standard legal training alone cannot replicate.

For the first time in my life I wake up feeling much better. I feel so free and at peace, and for the first time I realised I was just worried about being hurt again. But being away feels so much better , I have finally found myself again. And I know what I need in the future, as well as now understand what love is. From today onwards I’ll know my self worth, I’ll live freely, I am happy, and proud of myself. I am now a very strong women and if it wasn’t for Demi I wouldn’t be here today.

I had a situation that was causing me to feel a great amount of overwhelm. I spoke to Demi and decided to take up a session with her. I knew it would help but I wasn’t sure how many sessions I would need, or how effective it would be. Anyway, I had my session and Demi started asking me questions. And I drifted into a relaxed state, and the strange thing this is I can’t remember what was said. But what I can say is this. Directly after the session I felt a bit emotional. Following on from that I had a real sense of calm about my situation that was previously causing me way too much anxiety and was holding me back in life. And I could now see a way out, I could move forward. I’ve gained a new perspective and i feel so much happier. I’ve definitely noticed  that I’m now not snappy and my family are so grateful for the positive change in me. Its the best money i have ever spent. Thank you so much Demi, you are amazing at what you do. And people need to know what you can really do. I’m one happy customer. And looking forward to my life with my new perspective.

I never thought I would ever fix my problem as in the past I had help from other therapists which didn’t enable me to do so. I highly recommend Demi.

JONATHAN, CANADA

I was lost, so lost. I knew my relationship had been toxic and controlling, yet I longed  so bad for that person who hurt me to soothe me. I knew I was Trauma bonded to my Abuser, but still seemed to reach out to her anyway. I had read many books, I had already had Therapy to try deal with my PTSD, and i understood what had happened to me. Yet I still longed for her?? I needed REAL help. I was ready to break the Trauma Bond. And that’s when I found demi. “When the Student was ready, the Teacher appeared”, as I believe Bruce Lee said. demi was the one that gave me that final push in the right direction. And it worked. demi helped me deal with the Trauma, and to break the Trauma Bond to my ex partner. demi helped me get my mind back, my heart, soul, and life back. It feels freeing, I feel like I took my power back. Thank you demi

I went on to find the strength to remove the toxic people from my life that were gaining from me having low self esteem., and my quality of life is so much better. I am happier, confident and feel a sense of peace.
